In November 2023, ISG
won the Silver Award
for Excellence in Talent
Management and Devel-
opment presented by the
Society of Human Resource
Management - Middle East
and North Africa (SHRM-MENA).
ISG competed with 67 organiza-
tions from private and public sec-
tors across the Middle East and GCC regions.
The STAR (Sustainable and Transformational Recog-
nition) Award honors organizations that exhibit inno-
vative and exemplary practices in staff professional
growth, learning and development and skills advance-
ment. This globally-recognized award is a testament to

New Teacher ISG Learns Book Clubs
Induction Each year, ISG offers book clubs for staff focused on enhancing student
learning outcomes through collaboration and open-minded discussion.
In April 2024, ISG introduced an Led by volunteer facilitators from ISG, these clubs invite participants from
induction program to support across the district to engage in meaningful conversations. In Spring 2024,
