Truman Group
Over multiple days, counselors and our
learning support leads at each of our
schools enhanced their skills in supporting
student wellbeing and academic achieve-
ment. The sessions focused on the lat-
est strategies in mental health, academic
counseling and crisis intervention.
Participants engaged in interactive work-
shops led by international experts from the Truman
Group, Dr. James Rosow and Dr. Alicia Janik, acquir-
ing practical tools and techniques that could be im-
plemented immediately. Additionally, the training
included discussions on ethical practices, fostering
inclusive environments and collaborating effectively
with parents and teachers to support the holistic de-
velopment of our students.

Child Protection Training
Annually, ISG staff and stakeholders complete mandatory
child protection training and an assessment that is tai-
lored to their role in the organization. This is done through
Vector Solutions.
At ISG, child protection is a top priority and staff are provid-
ed the information, tools and resources to ensure aware-
ness and adherence to ISG child protection policies.
