International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)

ASD and ISG Jubail continue to be part of the International Baccalaureate
Organization (IBO), which the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
(IBDP) is a part of.
The IBDP is an academically challenging and balanced program of education
with final examinations that prepare students aged 16-19 for success at university
and life beyond. The program is recognized and respected by the world’s leading
universities and has been designed to address the intellectual, social, emotional
and physical wellbeing of students.
Council of British International Schools (COBIS)

BSD and Sara Village School have continued their membership with the Council of
British International Schools (COBIS), a membership association that represents
more than 450 schools and organizations globally. COBIS provides members
with a wide range of services and resources for the international schools sector,
supports its members and represents their interests in Britain and overseas,
particularly with the government, education authorities and educational
associations.

Ongoing Accreditations and Memberships

• All ISG schools are accredited by the Middle • BSD is an authorized examination center for
States Association Commission on Elementary Cambridge Assessment International Education
and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS). (CAIE) and Pearson/Edexcel.
• ISG is a member of the Near East South Asia • ISG schools are authorized examination centers
Council of Overseas Schools (NESA). for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
• BSD and SVS are members of the British Schools • ASD and BSD are authorized examination centers
of the Middle East (BSME). for the Diploma of French Language Studies
(DELF) exam.
• ASD and ISG Dammam are authorized to teach
the Advanced Placement (AP) courses and the AP
Capstone Diploma.
