Learner Agency

Learner agency is the feeling of ownership and control that
learners have over their learning. At ISG, learner agency is a
fundamental aspect of our educational approach, directly sup-

action. By promoting learner agency, we empower students to
take charge of their education, fostering a sense of independ-
ence and self-direction. This initiative cultivates critical thinkers

explore their unique paths and persist in the face of challenges.
