Instructional Leadership Team
At ISG, the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)
meets each month to review student achieve-
ment data, create school action plans, establish
school goals and objectives and collaborate on
research based best practices on leadership,
instructional strategies and implementing dis-
trict-wide initiatives.
ILT is made up of the superintendent, princi-
pals and assistant principals and is facilitated
in partnership with the Teaching & Learning Of-
fice. ILT members value this collaborative time to
share strategies, discuss challenges and con-
cerns and collectively progress towards meet-
ing our goals as a district and individual schools.
