Leadership
Teacher leadership plays a vital role in the success of our students. Each year, more than 100 teacher leaders
at ISG lead impactful initiatives that benefit students and educators across our schools. ISG’s commitment
to professional development, recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), aligns
with the evolving needs of our students. Much of this progress is driven by the dedication and expertise of
our exceptional teacher leaders, who contribute significantly to our growth and success.
Examples of these leaders include:

» Professional development facilitators at Convocation, ISG Learns, Book Clubs and ongoing
